What specific services do you offer?

I offer various services specializing in General Admin, Executive Assistance, Customer Support, Social Media Management and Human Resources Recruitment. I also offer additional add-on services such as Blog writing, Project Management, Travel Management, and E-commerce Fulfillment and Inventory.

What is your experience and background?

I have over 16 years of experience in multiple industries with the most recent being in Construction, Travel, and Non-profit organizations. You can find out more about my experience on my portfolio page.

How do you handle confidentiality and data security?

Data security is my priority and want to make sure my clients are always protected. I use Data security methods like VPNs over public wifi to avoid hacking, using password encryption services like LastPass, setting up 2-factor authentication and always staying up to date on common internet and phone scams.

What is your availability and turnaround time for tasks?

My availability is flexible and will be communicated during the consultation call, but generally, I am more available for clients who live on the West Coast of the United States, but I am open to clients worldwide. My turnaround time for tasks would depend on the project and it’s special requirements, but I provide weekly check-in calls with all my clients.

Can you provide references or testimonials from previous clients?

Yes, I am happy to provide references upon consent from the 3rd party. Otherwise, you can find my testimonials on my portfolio page.

What are your rates and payment terms?

My rates will depend on the level of assistance you need on a monthly basis. I offer a 7-day trial period in which you can try my services for a pro-rated price before you commit to a 3-month retainer in which you would pay the remainder of the first month. Payment must be made each month before any work or continued work can begin.
